At Ternus Adult Living Supports, we partner with local businesses and non-profit organizations in order to offer our consumers a variety of work settings for vocational training. This allows our consumers that have little to no work experience to gain the knowledge and training to develop job site skills. All work experience is then added to their resumes with the assistance of our behavior technicians. Our consumers learn essential work skills such as teamwork, time management, workplace expectations, safety, problem-solving, and conflict resolution with the goal of thriving in a working environment.
Examples of current work sites include:
- Hope of the Valley
- Lawn Crew – going around the community and providing lawn services
- Wild at Heart Horse Rescue
